Today, May 4, is the day that one of literature’s most famous young women tumbled down a rabbit hole. It’s also the birthday of Alice Liddell, the young girl that inspired the story. I’m celebrating both this week on my fingertips with a playing card nail design. Queen of Hearts approved!
To make this design, I used white, black and red nail polish, a very fine tip paint brush and a clear top coat. Each fingernail has an ace of a different suit and the thumb has a simple black and white checker pattern. Try it out for yourself!
