Polyjuice Potion

Servings 16 oz


  • 1/2 cup baby kale
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk or whatever milk you prefer
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp protein powder or maca, cacao, matcha, acai
  • 1/4 cup dried berries chopped


  1. Blend the kale, spinach and milk until smooth.

  2. Add the frozen banana chunks, flax seed and the powder you’ve chosen and blend until smooth.

  3. Stir in the chopped dried berries for a little lacewing fly texture. You can also blend them in if you prefer.

  4. Pause here to sprinkle in some good intentions for your healthiest self. No need to wave your wand, but that never stops me.

  5. Pour into a glass to enjoy.
